I have research the areas of self-discipline, motivation and momentum for the last 3 years. And have a lot of insight. I'd like to ask you for your opinion?

1. How self-disciplined are you?
2. Do you have habits in your life, and how do you start and sustain creating them (I have my system, what's yours?)
3. What % of success is our ACTION?

1. I'm pretty disciplined. I tend to do my must-do's before I do something fun like watch a movie or play a game.
2. I have habits. I use both an online to do manager and an app that tracks my progress on certain goals that I've set up over a period of time
3. Not sure I understand this question. But action IS success. It doesn't matter if you don't reach the goal so long as you took positive action, then you take success from every step you take in the right direction.
