Hi Everyone,

My name is Mark, and I shall be posting on behalf of Successful Personal Growth. I've been into personal development for about 25 years.

I've uploaded a company Video Introduction on this thread :

http://mindwarriorforum.com/introductions/%28video-introduction%29-successful-pg/

One of the things that I'm personally experimenting with at the moment is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping). Not sure how this one has escaped me for so long, but I only found out about it a few months ago.

If you don't know what it is, then search for "Brad Yates Tapping" on YouTube, he has 100's of videos on it.

I'd be interested to know if anyone else here has tried it and what success you've had / mental blockages you've cleared.

Hi SuccessfulPG,
I've been doing EFT tapping for months now and I've had a lot of success with it for removing limiting beliefs and for some minor physical pain like headaches and muscle cramps.  I first discovered it through Magnustapping (also on youtube) and then with Brad Yates.  They use slightly different tapping sequences, but I find they're both effective...I sometimes combine the two.

I too have been using EFT for quite a bit.  BRAD YATES IS AWESOME!!!  I actually worked with him on my project "THE 30 DAY COMEBACK"  awhile back.  I really should open that back up and expand on it again.

Maybe a relaunch here down the line  ;)

But if you are interested in hearing the session I did with him just let me know.

I'm toby jensen, been working personal development since '85. Studied just about everything. Finally worked out the system with a 100% success rate. Also studied both EFT's along the way - Emotional Freedom Technique and Emotionally Focused Therapy. There are a lot of good things out there that are helpful.

Hi Gang,

Let's see if I can manage to NOT delete this post before I'm done with it...

My name is Tim.  On February 1st, after 14+ years on the job, I was dis-employed with a phone call.  Since then, I finished a book on the abundance/prosperity/Law of Attraction mindset, and am in the middle of finalizing the formatting for ebooks and print.  Really excited to see it finally become a reality!  I hope it's OK to pimp this a little...  If not, admins, please let me know.  The ebook is free, and if you sign up for my email list before the physical book is published, I'll send you an audio version when it's done.  See the link in my sig.  Gracias!

I'm hoping to be able to help the forum become a success!
